Office Assistance

An ECHOworks team of workers can assemble marketing packets, deliver mail, collate binders and carry out other basic office responsibilities at local businesses.

Beginning in 1992, an ECHOworks team has provided twice-a-day mail pick-up and delivery service for all the departments of Loudoun County Government located in the Shenandoah Building in Leesburg. This team also supplies on-site document shredding to help ensure confidentiality for these departments.

U.S. Department of Transportation: Eastern Lands Highway Division uses an ECHOworks group to coordinate the mail services and fleet maintenance for this federal government office through a NISH contract established by the Ability One Program, formerly known as the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act. The service began in 2007.

A team from ECHOworks also began covering all the mail center services at INOVA Loudoun Hospital in Lansdowne in 2008.
