Our Origin Story

At ECHO, we believe that meaningful work creates opportunity, dignity, and connection. What began as a vision to empower adults with disabilities has grown into a community where individuals are supported in discovering their strengths, building independence, and contributing in ways that matter.
 

ECHO Coffee Roasters was born from that mission — transforming everyday work into something purposeful, tangible, and deeply impactful. Roasted in small batches by adults with disabilities, each bag of coffee represents more than craftsmanship. It represents dedication, skill, and pride in a job well done. 

From sourcing sustainable beans to roasting, packaging, and delivery, participants are involved in every step of the process. Through this work, they gain real-world experience, develop confidence, and become active contributors within their community. For many, this is not just employment — it is a pathway to independence and a sense of belonging.
